Asian Style Omelette

Asian Style Omelette (Serves 4)

Ingredient:
- 5 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- Sprinkle of pepper
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped carrot
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped mushrooms
- 1 garlic clove finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Method
1. Beat the 5 eggs together with 1/2 cup of milk and 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce.
2. Heat oil on pan (non stick pan preferred).
3. Put in the garlic, onion, mushroom and carrot until fragrant.
4. Set them aside on the pan and add in 1/2 cup of the egg mixture.
5. Wait for the egg mixtures to take shape and spread the ingredient set aside earlier over the egg over low fire.
6. Pour in the other 1/2 egg mixture and let it stand over heat for a awhile over low fire.
7. Serve when it's very lightly brown.
