Commissioning of UAF

I've been so involved in the rehearsal for Friday UAF (Underground Ammunition Facility). It's Singapore's largest ammunition storage facility, anymore details i'm actually not allowed to said it. Anyway, this Friday is the big day for most people working under SAFAC (Singapore Armed Forces Ammunition Command). It's the commisioning of the UAF this Friday, hence explaining all the huge rehearsal.

It's certainly not a small event. The preparation is huge and i really mean it. You can see the amount of time and effort spent, moreover, this whole event will be attended by lots of high ranking officers (and i mean those officers with 'STARS' rank) and of course, our Defense Minister.

Up to 30 plus media will be involved, spanning from journalist to reporters etc...I'll be the usher on that day and i think this will be the one and only big and formal event i'm ever going to attend in my whole of NS life.

The bad thing is that i've to report to the camp very early. And worse of all, it took me four bus just to get to the pathetic road outside the camp. I still have to hitch a ride to get into the camp. Oh gosh, imagine the amount of time i have to spend to get there...i can't quite imagine..
